📦 When will I get my package?

We get it—you’re excited to hit the water, and we’re just as excited to get your gear to you!
We do our absolute best to ship orders within two business days. We typically use 2–3 day shipping, but delivery times can vary depending on where you live and how far your package is traveling.

Full transparency: we're a small, independent business (no massive warehouse or army of workers here—and honestly, we kinda like it that way). Thanks for your patience and support!

♻️ Why did my package come in a used box?

That’s no accident—it’s part of our mission to stay eco-conscious and reduce waste. Reusing boxes helps us keep materials out of the landfill and keeps things sustainable for the long haul.

Want to nerd out with us about cardboard and compostable tape? Check out our page about packaging for more info.

📬 Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Not yet, but we’re working on it! If you’re local to Chandler, AZ and want to coordinate something, reach out. We can’t make promises, but we love our community and try to help when we can.

🔄 Can I return or exchange my order?

We want you to be stoked with your purchase. If something isn’t right, reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you on a return or exchange, as long as the item is unused and in original condition. You can read our full Return Policy here.

🧲 What’s the difference between the Swift Link and the Steady Link?

Great question!
Swift Link uses magnetic buckles for ultra-fast connecting and disconnecting—ideal for chill floats where you're linking and unlinking on the fly.
Steady Link is all about reliability with classic buckles—perfect when you want to stay connected for the long haul (think long paddles or lounging in the middle of the lake with friends).
Not sure which is right for you? Compare both here or shoot us a message—we’re happy to help!

🏞️ Can I use these in rivers / oceans / lakes / etc.?

Our straps are built for calm water conditions—think lakes, gentle rivers, and mellow bays.
If you're paddling in strong currents, high winds, or choppy conditions, we don’t recommend linking boards together. Always prioritize safety over chill vibes.

🌊 Can I tie more than two boards together?

Totally. People have linked three, four, even five boards using combinations of our straps. Just keep an eye on how your setup handles in the water and make sure everyone’s on the same page safety-wise.

🧵 What materials are your straps made of?

We use heavy-duty materials that are built to last, even with sun, splash, and summer use. Each set includes:

  • Heavyweight polypropylene webbing – strong, flexible, and UV-resistant

  • ABS side release buckles – durable and easy to snap on/off

  • FidLock® magnetic buckles (on Swift Link) – patented, satisfying to click, and rated with a working load of 136 pounds!

🚫 Are these straps Coast Guard approved?

Nope—and they don’t need to be. These are not towing or safety devices.
They’re for recreational use only, designed to help you stay linked up while floating or paddling on calm water. Please make sure you’re following local rules and safety guidelines, and always paddle responsibly.

✨ Are your products patent pending?

Yep! Swift Link and Steady Link are both patent pending. We’ve put a lot of thought, love, and testing into our designs—so thanks for supporting original ideas and small creators!
