  • Have a buddy. Solo adventures can be fun, but having someone with you (or at least letting someone know your plans) is a great safety practice.

⚙️ Warranty & Repair Policy

  • We stand by our products and offer free repairs for normal wear and tear (see our Repair Policy for details).
  • Damage caused by misuse, modifications, or extreme conditions is not covered under our repair or replacement policy.

Purchases & Shipping

  • We do our best to get your gear out the door quickly. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and service you select.

✈️ International Shipping

  • We’re excited to ship worldwide so paddlers everywhere can connect and adventure with us. Please note:
    • International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees that may apply.
    • These charges are set by your country's customs office and are not controlled or collected by Sunlit Outdoor Supply LLC.
    • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in your package being returned or abandoned; in these cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier. Sunlit Supply is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused during shipping, but we’ll always do our best to help you track down an issue.
